FREE live entertainment: welcoming for the very first time at the GnG, excellent Dominic Holmes. He will be singing anything from the old classics by Sinatra, Elvis, and Neil Diamond to more recent tunes by George Ezra, Rag n bone man, and Ed Sheeran. After a weeks break to coincide with the Easter Celebrations in the square Cyprus Night is back this Friday at Platea. Go along for a fun filled family friendly evening of great Cypriot entertainment and food. Booking is essential as these nights get busy.
Friday 21th April 2017: Swan Lake – The Legend Story, Pattihio Theater Limassol, 8.00pm:

Friday 8:00pm — 9:30pm, Location: Attikon Cinema; Cinema and Philharmonic is an original programme which combines the Seventh Art with music played by philharmonic orchestras. A new aesthetic experience and a discovery of the beauty and power hidden in the voice of cinema through the sounds of the Matzaros Philharmonic Society of Corfu. Free Entrance
Saturday 4.00pm-5.30pm, Location: Kennedy Square; The Philharmonic Orchestra of the Pafos Municipality welcomes Philharmonics from Cyprus and abroad in a big musical encounter in the centre of Pafos. The Philharmonic of the Municipality of Lakatamia and the Matzaros Philharmonic Society of Corfu join their bands in a big celebration of philharmonic music. Coordination: Zacharias Evangelou. Saturday 22th April 2017: Pafos2017, ‘Let’s Move !’, Moutallos, Pafos 10:00am — 12:00pm:
Pafos2017 event: The second dance event of the Community Involvement programme Let’s Move. The Folklore Associations meet in a dance trail with starting point Mouttalos Square. Passing through the Pafou Chrysanthou street and Makarios avenue they will end in Kennedy Square, where the public will be invited to take part in a dancing mosaic that unites peoples, civilizations and cultures of various nationalities. Starting Point: Mouttalos Square, 10:00, End: Kennedy Square: 12:00. Free entrance.
Saturday 22th April 2017: “Out of the skin”, a project by the European Capital of Culture – Pafos2017, Technopolis20, Paphos, 8pm:
The performance “Out of the skin” is the result of a series of educational workshops that will take place the week before the event, where a group of artists, dancers and special instructors from Cyprus, Palestine, Slovenia and Finland have selected 16 teenagers from various schools in Cyprus who coexist and engage in collective creations, turning their experiences into artworks. Upon completion of the programme the result will be presented, in the form of a performing arts production by the participants themselves.
Saturday 22th April 2017: “A tribute to Madonna” at the Grape & Grain bar, Pissouri Bay, at 8.30pm:
Another first at the GnG at Grape & Grain for one hour only!!! “A tribute to Madonna” this is sanctioned by Madonna herself!!
Fani is an actress and Madonna interpreter who won the “Lookalike” Bulgaria national contest. This live and solo performance includes the most popular songs of Madonna….:)

An exhibition that includes paintings, engravings and sculptures from Europe and Latin America, selected based on the inspiration they draw from Christianity. The exhibition offers the opportunity to study the different approaches and the variety of methods used for the representation of the same themes. Free entrance.

Ongoing: March 17th – April 29th 2017: ‘Celebrating Stass’ Art Exhibition Paphos Municiple Gallery, Paphos Town:
Pafos2017 event: An exhibition that pays tribute to Stass Paraskos, one of the most well-known and internationally acclaimed Cypriot artists who has linked his name with the establishment and operation of the School of Fine Arts in Lemba. Stass, with his exuberant personality and his international displacement, has left his own mark and a rich legacy in the artistic scene of Cyprus. The exhibition is a retrospective of his work from 1960 until his death in 2014, and will present works of the artist that are part of national and international collections, including Tate Gallery of London. The exhibition is curated by Michael and Margaret Paraskos. Free Entrance. Opening and guided tour on the 17th of March, at 19:00
