Starting point: Pano Panagia village, past the cultural centre near the church.

- High degree of difficulty of the trail route with difficult terrain, such as very steep gradient (uphill and/or downhill) course in a very rough and/or slippery, and/or steep terrain. Not recommended for young children.
The route is entirely on dirt roads, at a relatively high elevation, rising 300 meters at the start point (Panagia village) to over 1,100 meters.
Points οf interest: At it’s highest points the trail offers excellent views over Panagia village, the Akamas peninsula, the Pafos forest and the Troodos mountain range. The route passes through vineyards. Towards the end of the trail there is a choice between two routes – one leads to the “Papalouka” picnic site and Panagia Chrysorrogiatissa monastery and then on to Panagia village. The other option, a shorter route, leads directly to the village. There is also access to Vouni fιre lookout station on the walk.
